Wealth Circles

Earning more and keeping more
are different skills.

Workshops and keynotes for organisations supporting international professionals. One session covering the career decisions that raise income and the financial decisions that turn it into something lasting.

Two conversations, and they never happen in the same room.

Learning and development covers performance. Financial wellbeing covers budgeting and pensions. Both are useful, and neither addresses what actually decides whether somebody builds anything: how career decisions set what they earn, and how financial decisions set how much of it they keep.

For international professionals the gap is wider. They arrive with capability that does not translate cleanly into a new market, and into a financial system nobody has explained to them. Both halves get worked out alone, slowly, and usually at a cost to focus and retention along the way.

Pick the one that fits your room.

01

Interactive Workshop

Two hours  ·  From £2,000

A working session rather than a talk. Teaching, private reflection and facilitated discussion, with time for people to apply the material to their own career and their own finances.

  • Up to forty people, in person or online
  • Worked examples participants apply to their own position
  • Room for the questions nobody raises in front of a hundred colleagues
  • Participants leave with a written next step
02

Keynote

Sixty minutes  ·  Priced on enquiry

Built for conferences, all-hands, employee network events and professional association meetings. Frames the problem, sets out the practical moving parts, and leaves time for questions.

  • Any group size
  • Forty minutes of teaching, twenty of live questions
  • The same material as the workshop, at less depth
  • In person across the UK, or online

Sessions can focus on career, money, or both. The balance is agreed with you beforehand, based on who is in the room and what you want them to leave with.

Six themes. You pick the shape.

Most organisations take two or three. Sessions are educational throughout. Nothing recommends a specific investment, platform or provider, and nothing is sold from the stage.

Financial Onboarding for Global Talent

A structured introduction to the UK financial system, so new arrivals are not piecing it together alone across their first three years here.

Investing in the UK

ISAs, pensions, ETFs and platforms in plain language. How the pieces fit together, rather than which product to buy.

From Income to Long-Term Wealth

Organising finances, prioritising goals that compete with each other, and the systems that turn a good salary into steady progress.

Turning Experience Into Opportunity

Recognising the value in work already done, describing it in terms a new market understands, and converting it into better-paid opportunities.

Strategic Influence

Thinking strategically, communicating with clarity, and building the credibility to shape decisions without relying on seniority to do it.

Building Wealth Across Borders

Keeping track of assets, pensions and family obligations in more than one country, and bringing them into a single coherent plan.

Sessions people rate, and ask for again.

Every participant who responded to the survey after the 2026 L&D Week workshop rated the session four or five out of five.

"The feedback from participants has been amazing, reflecting the value of your insights, practical examples, and engagement during the session."

Banire  ·  2026 L&D Week, Nigeria

"Financial empowerment begins with education and intentional planning. The key is to stay informed, ask questions, and take action. Grateful to Modupe for helping us navigate these important conversations."

Modupe Sanda

Modupe Sanda is the founder of MoneyGist UK and a director of Crescent Alliance. Two decades in marketing and commercial strategy, across eight roles in Africa, the Americas and the UK, most of it spent turning complicated information into decisions senior people could act on.

He moved to the UK in 2020 and met a financial system that was unfamiliar even to someone who had been investing for fifteen years. Working it out took about a year. He has been teaching the shortcut since.

Sessions are built the way he worked: plain language, worked examples, and no complexity that is not earning its place.

Rooms where this lands.

The session works where a meaningful share of the room is building a career and a financial life in a country they did not grow up in. It is neither a general personal finance talk nor a general career talk.

Employers and L&D teams

HR business partners and learning teams running development or wellbeing programming for internationally recruited staff.

Networks and professional bodies

Employee resource groups, professional associations and sector conferences with an internationally mobile membership.

Universities and community organisations

Alumni groups, charities, faith organisations and professional societies running member events.

What booking involves.

Delivered in person across the UK, or online where that suits the audience better. Slides and any handouts are provided. Recording is possible for internal use, agreed in advance.

After the session

Attendees can be given access to the MoneyGist resource library, so the follow-up questions land there rather than with your team.
